This 12,400sqm transformation of an existing brutalist Siefert designed office building will become the latest workplace on offer by co-working specialist WeWork, refurbishing and extending the building into a dynamic environment for creativity, focus, and connectivity.
5 Seaforth Place
This incredibly small site called for a colourful and vibrant response. Drawing on the rich heritage of Faience facades in the area and referencing the vaulted arch structures of the adjacent District, Seaforth Places marks its position in the city whilst referencing the past.
The stunning reception area was imagined as a piece of public art in collaboration with Tom Hingston, whilst the living staircase is a thought-provoking installation by Paul Cocksedge.
Axtell house was imagined as a compressed New York skyscraper.
Our aim was to bring the grandeur of Regents street to this small tucked away site, on a side street off Regents street.
