Michaela Gogova, Studio Manager & PA

Michaela brings a wealth of administrative experience, from managing small teams of just 10 in small businesses to teams of 50+ in a corporate creative media company. Highly creative, if she’s not managing Damion’s busy diary, Michaela works from her art studio in South London where she paints and draws. Blending commercial artistry with her unique signature pattern, Michaela’s creations serve both as lifestyle products and objets d’art.

With a keen interest in art and design, and with her dry sense of humour, Michaela brings a fresh non-architectural perspective on life at DMBA. She loves greenery and always ensures there are fresh cut flowers in the office, while her four-legged assistant Oto is mainly in charge of greeting visitors and sleeping.
