The design and retrofit of this commercial workspace focused on enhancing the building’s original character while introducing a modern, tactile experience. We looked to materials that engage the senses, from warm, textured surfaces to sleek, functional finishes, creating a space that feels both inviting and purposeful. Throughout the design, we respected the integrity of the existing structure, preserving key architectural features while adapting the layout and design to meet contemporary needs. The result is a harmonious balance of old and new, offering a dynamic and inspiring environment for its users.
